try by archive and set path by sho archive see error

Confiure scp server:

Switch(config)# ip scp server enable

Configure archive:

Switch(config)# archive
Switch(config-archive)# path scp://<username>@<scp-server-address>/<directory-path>

Schedule backup:

Switch(config)# archive
Switch(config-archive)# time-period <days> recurring
