C9300 Web UI issue (page does not load)

Hi everyone,

I installed two stacks of C9300-24UX (2 member in each stack) in 17.3.4 version. I made the configuration in CLI mode and everything was fine.

But on the Web UI I'm facing an issue with some menu. The page load indefinitely and I can't acces to settings. For example, this issue appears on interface menu (as you can see on the attached screenshot).

I found this post on bug search tool : Bug Search Tool (cisco.com)

I've trie to increase VTY line but nothing changed.

Anybody has an idea ?

Many thanks

Best regards

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Hi,

Thanks for your answer.

I've tried different browsers but nothing changes.

I forgot to specify the firmware version. The switches are in 17.3.4

is this device activated License.

as per the Day 0 setup : Configuring VTY Lines ( you mentioned you did this change, have you reloaded the device and tested ?)

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst9300/software/release/17-3/configuration_guide/b-173-9300-cg/b-173-9300-cg_chapter_010.html

save and reload and test it.

I made the link between Switches and Cisco Software Central if is what you mean by "activated license" ?

Yes when I tried this option, I reloaded the switch. Last time, I mades changes in CLI, maybe should I try again in Web UI ?

Hello,

do you get the same errors when you use http instead of https ? Try and disable https (no ip http secure-server) and check what the results are.

Or disable both http and https:

no ip http server

no ip http secure-server

reboot the switch, and the re-enable both:

ip http server

ip http secure-server

Hi,

Thanks for your answer.

I will test your solution as soon as possible. I can't try it now because switches are installed at the end customer and are still running.

I'll keep you informed of results.

Hi,

I tried to disable HTTPS and used HTTP but I faced the same issue.

I couldn't reboot the switch because it wase in working hour.

Maybe I'lle try it one day if I set an appointment with my customer !

I'll keep you informed.

Best regards
