Cisco 9300-24T switch is not detecting the SFP-10G-ER.

IOS Version: 16.12.4

service unsupported-transceiver is enabled

error disable detect cause gbic-invaild is disabled

Even the SFP module is not showing when show interface transceivers.

Suggestion's are most welcome

- Post the exact model info from the 9300 as seen in show version , also is there anything in the logs when the SFP is inserted.

What is the part number for the module you are using?
