Hi,
You can use two cables, DTE on one side and DCE on the opposite one and connect these cables together. Your choice is V.35, RS-232, X.21,RS-449, RS-530 interface.
E.g.: When choosing the RS-232 interface you connect either the cable CAB-SS-232MT at the WIC-2T and at the same time the cable CAB−232FC at the WIC-1T or connect the cable CAB-SS-232FC at the WIC-2T and the cable CAB−232MT at the WIC-1T.
When configuring please do not forget to include "clock rate" command at the DCE side.
And YES, feel free to connect the second WIC-2T port to another router.
Best regards,
Antonin

2nd link is my conversation, 4 mounth ago and I absolutely forget it. Genius!
1st link I have just read it some days ago but i don't understand cisco P/N, but I think that it dosn't exist cisco cable with this pin-out. I think that is custom cable for test and laboratory and I can't find code.
