Trying to authenticate I have this error as shown, can anyone help me!

  - Looks like the radius server is not really reachable from the switch ; you may try to ping it (e.g.)

now after i set everything right and the authentification is good (dot1x), my windows server could not reach his gateway in order to give hosts a DHCP IP addresses!
