Error on 4507

We have a recurring logging issue with our switch. Below is the log error.

if the superport is up its most likely a cosmetic bug and wont effect your switch

You can try check with sh platform hardware interface all | b Superport57

reseat the card or reload should clear the alert as well

what ios are you on

We are also observing Superport Mac Link State as down for superport 4/5/40/41 for module 2.

Superport Mac Link State : Down

Today we had this logs for slot 7. Where users PCs showing the link light on there Machine but they was getting APIPA IP address.

 

While doing a soft reset on the 7th module. it fix the issue. and user started getting valid IP address. Hope this will help others during the unknown issue. want to know if we really have any bugID around?
