GLC-BX-D in C9300 with C9300-NM-8X

HI. we´re having problems with this SFP GLC-BX-D.

This GLC-BX-D is working perfectly if it´s inserted in this device:

C9300-24T  Version 16.9.4 with C9300-NM-8X  VID: V03 (it´s a stack)

But, If I insert it on this device, I dont see it via "sh inventory" :

C9300-24UX Version  16.12.4 with C9300-NM-8X VID: V03 (it´s a stack)

I see this message: 

%PLATFORM_PM-6-MODULE_ERRDISABLE: The inserted SFP module with interface name Te2/x/x

I have done shut and no shut command...and the problems goes on.

At the opposite side , I keep the same type of module (GLC-BX-U).

I´ve checked this matrix and I see the module GLC-BX-D is valid for my equipment (

Could you hellp me whith this problem ???

Raise a TAC Case and get them to verify if this is CSCvx25489.

IMPORTANT WARNING:  Avoid using 16.12.X.

is this cisco brand SFP ?  Try to remve the SFP and just add speed 1000 and connect ?

Sounds like a bug, but we've seen the same thing with different Cisco branded SFPs before, maybe try the old quick-fix commands and see it if works.
