I have been tasked with migrating users off an SG200-18 

there is only a GUI for management

Am I correct in saying the VLAN ID defined in the column Administrative PVID is the native vlan on the Trunk port ?

Yes, as long as the option "admit Untagged Only" which characterizes Native Vlans.

Select one of those interface and go to edit. Dont change anything but check if "admit Untagged Only" is checked.

If this option is checked then the VLAN is acting as Native vlan as no tag will be added to the frame.
