What is the cheapest known Cisco Telepresence solution taking aside Cisco UMI and MOVI. Say you want to connect 3 branches.

There are desktop Telepresence systems like the Tandberg 1000 and the 1700, but I highly suggest the EX60 or EX90. Slightly a little more but much more features... For a small conf room or office, look at the C20 or the MX200... Good luck!
