Solved: Cisco C60 custom wallpaper looks stretched out

cisco C60 device type: Profile 52” Dual
Resolution: Dual 52” Full HD LCD, 16:9, 1080 x 1920 resolution.

custom Wallpaper resolution: 1080 x 1920
Layout settings have been set to stretch to fit.

Yet the wallpaper looks stretched out, any suggestions to get this issue fixed ?

I think you have your horizontal and vertical dimensions around the wrong way. Your image should be:1920 wide x 1080 high

Also check the Video Output Resolution setting in the configuration to check that this also matches and isn't trying to force the display to a lower resolution.
