You will need a VCS with the provisioning key enabled. Suggest you start with the deployment guide: http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/infrastructure/tmspe/install_guide/Cisco-TMSPE-with-VCS-Deployment-Guide-1-4.pdf

TMSPE 1.4 is the latest, but whether or not this the correct version for you depends on the TMS and the VCS software version you are running.

All the deployment guides can found here: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/conferencing/telepresence-management-suite-extensions/products-installation-guides-list.html

I have done configuration with this guides.
It seems that there is no license for movi int my system

there is problem why  i can`t configure movi, because in provisioning i have not section directory

You need to either manually create the users, or import these from AD etc, see page 16 of the deployment guide http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/infrastructure/tmspe/install_guide/Cisco-TMSPE-with-VCS-Deployment-Guide-1-4.pdf

You also need to upload the relevant provisioning schema and create provisioning templates from this.

You'll probably also need the Authenticating Devices Deployment Guide; http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/unified-communications/telepresence-video-communication-server-vcs/products-installation-and-configuration-guides-list.html

Jabber Video will only use a licenses when the client is signed in.  It takes 1 license as they sign in, and returns that license to the pool when they sign out.  Jabber Video will uses the following licenses in TMS:  Cisco TMS Provisioning Extension (25 active clients/devices), so you have two instances of this license type, 25 each, that will allow a max of 50 concurrent people to use Jabber Video at one time.

It also looks like you don't have provisioning on your VCS?  You'll need to get a device provisioning option key, LIC-VCS-DEVPROV.

Can i register Cisco movi without LIC-VCS-DEVPROV ?
Or i need for Movi registration  both licenses in TMS and in VCS ?

Patrick is correct.

You can not use provisioning without free-off-charge LIC-VCS-DEVPRO.

You need open case for Cisco Licensing Team. E-mail your request to licensing@cisco.com
