I am unable to access below Cisco live cms link 404 not found error if any one have any document do let me know.

As this is a Community forum, it's not likely that we will be able to assist with something that has been set up at a Cisco Live event.  You'd be best off speaking with the team at Cisco Live to get assistance with any pods.  You may only able to connect to the cmslab.ciscolive.com address from on-site at Cisco Live, not via the internet.

This is not true it's previously accessible via internet https://cmslab.ciscolive.com/ i had checked on multiple PC but all of sudden it's give 404 error. I had opened the case with TAC let hope for the best

It seems the whole cmslab.ciscolive.com domain is not accessible at the moment - so likely you'll need to wait for the Cisco Live IT Team to assist (I'm not sure the TAC can assist directly and will need to pass the job on).
