Cisco MX800 sometimes does not turn on the left screen

Hello Community.

I have a MX800 that, sometimes, does not turn on the left screen.

It seems is happening after it take a long in standby.

After rebooting the codec it works again.

We tried to update the software to the version CE9.8.0, but the issue persists.

Even exchanging the HDMI cables, the issue happens only in the left screen.

Under the codec status page, there is no alerts and seems the codec and the display have no issues.

Does anyone have any tips for solving this?

did you solve the problem if yes please tell what was the issue because i have the same problem know with my Mx800

Hello,

We opened a TAC and, after some tests, the engineer opted to replace the screen and it fixed the issue.
