Cisco SX20 - SIP authentification password not saving

Hello,

 

I am trying to configure zoom.us service on our Cisco SX20 (firmware version TC7.3.16.4943927) over SIP.
When I enter the authentification password in the "admin page/System configuration/SIP/Authentification 1" and hit "save", the password is not been saved. Therefore, I am not been able to register on the SIP.
I read about "bug CSCuj48259" on google which looks similar. I tried to change Provisioning/Mode to "Off" as it is recommended but it does not solve the issue.
