what is your current version ? Upgrade to latest version CE9.15 which is supported by MX800, and you can see the webex icon on the touch panel but for third party conference applications such as zoom, if you are able to dial zoom meetings right now , you can enable the micro and apply xapi script to display Zoom icon with speed dial or entering meeting id
