CMR data not showing for only video units

Good morning,

 

We have our video units registered to our CUCM version 12.5 and running into an issue were CMR data is coming back null for our video units but shows for our phones. I've checked service parameters on each our subscribers and publishers and the parameters involved are turned on. (call diag enabled). Just wondering if there is another setting locally on the units that needs to be enabled or another service paramenter in CUCM. 

 

I have verified that video calls do have jitter/packet loss on the video unit itself (through the call logs). Its just not showing in the CUCM CDR dump.
