Hello,
We are facing an issue with a Vidyo Gateway and a Cisco sx20. When we place a call with SD resolution, endpoint connect correctly but when the station try to place an HD call we receive sound and video on Vidyo side but the Cisco system has "no incoming video" and no sound.
The Vidyo Gateway is in version 3.3.2.267
Test was run with two Cisco SX20 in version TC7.2.1 and TC7.3.0.
The station are directly on internet behind a NAT (no H323 proxy in front of the station)
Do you already encounter this issue with Cisco SX20 (only this endpoint have this issue) ?
