Hi All

I have content server new installation.  When I make a call C 90 to Content Server Main Video record but when I run the presentation only presentation can record I like to record both video (Main and Dual video).

Yes, with Premium Resolution option key installed, maximum call speed is increased to 4Mb.

You need to edit and assign the correct recording template which is to be used.

Strongly recommend you look at the docs; i.e.

I have another query I have C 90 connect with Dual Video when I make a single call and other call to Content Server, on 2nd screen I view the Recorded “I don’t want to see this. Is it any option to see Red Icon?

No, but you can change the local and remote layout which might help, see "The Video Settings" under the advanced settings in the admin guide:

You can also design your own layouts using the TC Console:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/telepresence/endpoint/codec-c-series/tc4/tc_console/user_guide/codec-c-series_tc-console_tc40.pdf

Otherwise you'll have to connect using an MCU which allows you to mute the TCS video.

I have received Cisco Content server with replacement of Tandberg Content server ... in Tandberg  content server Support Call speed was 2Mb ...  I like to increase 2Mb to 4 Mb. with premium resolution option is this problem resolve?

i made a call and  email a link  when laptop use click on that link it,s required a admin  password.

That is correct behaviour, see user administration section in the admin guide:

You can restrict user access to certain recordings by associating a recording alias, or a specific recording to a specific user, users or groups of users. An admin has access to all recordings.
