We've been using TCS for several years and I don't recall ever running into this issue. What similar issue are you facing that you think is related to the bug you mentioned?
When we recorded a video using TCS there was pixels/patch on the video which appeared on face for couple of seconds and the video looks like recorded in low resolution and very poor quality.
