CTS 1.8.1 - LCD error

I have a New install of a CTS3210 running CTS1.8.1 code. The install team has done their due diligence in trying to address an error for the LCD seen in the staus window on the codec. When you drill down the LCD shows 'power status unknown'.

The LCD works just fine, all cabling has been checked, and system has been rebooted.

Any thoughts on how to clear this would be great.

Kindly check the Serial cable connection between ACU and the LCD.

More over try pushing the default configuration to the LCD from the CTS GUI.

Check the serial cable between the ACU and the LCD. The serial cable should be plugged into the #1 serial port on the ACU. The serial cable on the LCD side should be plugged into the RS232 port closet to the front of the LCD (out port).
