CUCM CORP phonebook issue

I have a customer who has an SX20 that is registered to their CUCM.  The contact list on their sx20 only shows the SIP URI for the phonebook entries.  They want to show extensions are well.  I have been digging through the manuals and deployment guide and I know VCS better than CUCM.  Can someone point me towards where to look for this solution?

Hello,
"... I know VCS better than CUCM" - it is not correct for your issue.

VCS don't have ability for phone book management.  VCS deployment uses TMS for endpoint phonebook.

Which version CUCM you use? Do you have TMS ?

Did you synchronised  CUCM with LDAP ?
