DX80 unable to register with CUCM

Hi All,

 

there is a  problem i am trying to register DX80 with CUCM 10.0, i have uploaded the COP file for DX80 but still i am unable to see DX80 in the device list.how can i register cisco DX80 with cucm.

Did you reboot the cluster after the install?

Hi George,

 

I dont have any cluster i have stand alone CUCM, i have restarted TFTP service and Call manager it self but it does not show any device named DX80

Please reboot the server after the installation since that is a mandatory step.
