DX80 Webex Content Sharing

I just got a DX80 endpoint for myself.  It's registered with our CUCM 10.5 environment, but also has WebEx client (and our cloud hosted webex meeting center).

 

Is it possible to share content from my DX80 WebEx client?  It's odd -- I can share my screen while on a regular video call.  And I know the latest webex client allows content sharing from other tablets.  But I can't seem to do it from the DX80?

I was trying to share content with DX80 WebEx client but it will not work.

 

Any suggestion...

 

What's the version of your Webex running in your DX80?

  • You should be running Webex Meetings for Android  version 7.5

Also what is firmware version of your DX80?

  • DX80 should be running at least version 11.0.1 or later

How we can check the software version in Cisco DX80.

 

How we can upgrade the software version in Cisco DX80.

Upgrading the firmware of DX80 is done using Cisco Unified OS Administration.

You can refer to this guide for the procedures:

Checking on Cisco's website for available firmware for the DX80, the latest available version is 10.2(4.99). Version 11 is not available yet. You could try if this work for you:
