I got the E20 and no one know the password to change setting. The software version is TE4.0.0.246968
I tried access into the phone as below:
1. HTTP://IP : outcome is nothing.
2. HTTPS://IP: Outcome is nothing
3. Use WinSCP or PuTty and then SSH, Telnet, SCP by it IP or by its root@IP, with root and blank password or root and TANDBERG password, the outcomes are the same, conection refuse.
4. Use WinSCP or PuTty with TANDBERG MPS serial cable to console into the phone handset port with baure rate set 9600 or 115200, no reponse.
5. Use WinSCP or PuTty with Cisco serial cable to console into the phone handset port with baure rate 9600 or 11520, ,no reponse.
6. Reset to factory by key the combination ** Presentation ## within 2 seconds (less than 3 second by requirement), system reboot and come back as before, can't login as default password.
Please hlep me the way to get to it so I can reset it back to default setting.
