EX90 touch panel regularly restarts

Hi All,

I have customer with EX90 (TC4.2.0). Touch panel is restart from time to time.

User nervous ...

Is there any idea how to fix this?

hi,

I take it that your EX90 did not re-start.  Only the touch panel.

Maybe you can try to do a factory reset to your touch panel to see if after that it happens again.

I replaced the touch panel. The problem is no longer repeated.
