Force FXO Port to Hang up After 30 Seconds

I have a CISCO2951 with FXO card that is going over to a very old Valcom PagePac controller. For some reason recently the line will not hang up about half the time. I would like to force the FCO port onhook (or to hang up the line) after 30 seconds. What command can I use on this FXO port?

FXO disconnect problem is a well known issue. I feel like the FXO is unable to detect the disconnect from Valcom PagePac controller
