Solved: Freezing- Presentation SX20 to MXP Endpoints

We have an issue where an SX20 codec in presenter mode showing a slide Presentation freezes as the slides are advanced on 7 1700 MXP endpoints. The other endpoints do not see the presentation advancing. it just freezes on their end. The devices are registered to a VCS control server and we have an older legacy MCU, MPS200. Could the MPS200 possibly be the bottleneck?

We have a new Cisco 5300 MCU that we are converting to. I would appreciate any advice or thoughts related to this.

Sure, the MPS can be an issue. If you have the 53xx as well, try it there.

The MPS is a really old style of MCU and there can always be always interop issues.

Hi

Do you have multisite option on sx20 if yes if you make a multisite call among three 1700 mxp do you still see the issue happening.
Also if you have multisite on any mxp try the same among them direct call.

Are all the devices on same network?
Does this only occur when presentation is shared from sx20 or vice versa.

The older bridge was the issue. The 5300 appeared to resolve the problem.
