Is there a new Provisioning Guide in the works?

Hi, I'm looking for a provisioning guide that is up to date.  The new Cisco Jabber telepresence admin guide instructs the reader to look to the Provisioning Deployment Guide for my version of TMS.  Now that I have installed Provisioning Extensions, I cannot find a guide that works.  Maybe I've missed it.
