Issues dialling into webex meeting with Cisco Telepresence MX200

Hi!

We just bought a Webex licence which works perfectly fine via the web browser. However, we would like to host meetings via our Cisco Telepresence MX200 tool, which used to work fine for the trial licence (call is aborted after one dial tone). Since we changed to the newly acquired licence, it does not work anymore. We have tried to look into the settings and support documents, but could not find any help. Also test@webex.com cannot be recognized.

Is there anyone who could help us with this?

Thanks!

I don't think test@webex.com is a valid SIP address, I just tried it and it didn't work.  The video conference address for WebEx Meeting Center is in the format of:

  • meetingID@sitename.webex.com
  • userID@sitename.webex.com

If you check your WebEx site, do you see any reference to "Collaboration Meeting Room" on the Site Information page or any other page?  Is CMR enabled on the user's WebEx host account?
