Lost control of camera presicion 60 with SX80 CE8.1.1

Lost control of the camera. The touch control 10 and interface web its not possible to move the camera, and its necesary to power off the camera. The vídeo its good.

When we upgraded  TC7.3.6 to CE8.1.1 the issue start.

The camera control is going via the Ethernet cable connected directly into Ethernet port 2 or 3 on the SX80. If you just power the camera up and connect a HDMI cable to the codec you will get video but no control. Can you check if the camera is listed under the peripherals list on the codec and verify that the camera is connected to the codec physically? Also keep in mind that the camera will upgrade once the codec has upgraded, you need to allow the camera to upgrade before you can control it.

Do you see the camera control panel at all?

When the update the camera responds  but after a while lost control and turn off the camera to again control it has.

And replace the cable Ethernet, upgrade to the version CE8.2.1 and continuous failure.

Do you have any other SX80 or P60 camera?

Suggest you swap the camera in question with another and see if the issue follows the camera or stays with codec.  If this is a SpeakerTrack 60, than swap the single camera, and if stays with the SpeakerTrack, try swapping it to a different codec or with another SpeakerTrack if you have one.  The objective is to try and figure out if there is a hardware or other issue with one of the components, and if so, which one.
