Low Video quality with Telepresence SX10

Dear Cisco community,

 

whenever we join with one of our TelePresence SX10 devices into a Cisco Webex Meeting, the video quality is very low.

 

These are the steps we already tried to solve this problem:

 

- reset the devices

- tried another network without any firewall and connected from there

- checked the setup

 - The high quality (720p) is activated 

- cisco webex network test was successful too

- firmware is at the latest stable version

 

Do you have any suggestions for us which we can try out?

Dear Cisco Community,

 

we could solve the problem on our own.

 

Our firewall wrongly detected the Webex traffic as udp flooding.

when the call is active, what the video codec selected on the two of sides?

try to see that on call status by the sx10 user interface
