Hi all,
I reset password of MCU4501 to default without backing up configuration. So now, MCU need to be activated for proper operation (there's a message "Product not activated. Activation key required")
How can I get the activation key?
Please help me to solve this problem.

You should be able to get it from the Licensing Admin Portal if you have access to that:
https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/LicensingUI/Home
if you don't have access then e-mail licensing@cisco.com - remember to include serial number etc.

Besides the way Jens described via licensing, you might also find it in an old config backup (configuration.xml, search for license key)
or if you did a screenshot of this page earlier.
Writing down such info and do backups is what I would recomend anyhow.
I think there is also a letter included with the mcu shipment which might contain it in printed form.

Hi,
The best way would be to contact Cisco Licensing team which can be reached at licensing@cisco.com and provide them with the Serial Number of the MCU.
Thanks,
Saurabh
