We have new CUCM 10.5 setup, need to install MX 700 physically and configure the MX700. MX 700 physical installation is easy or any dependent is there before installation MX 700

Depending which version of the MX700 you have, either single or dual camera and if you want to install it on the floor or wall mounted, you'll use one of these MX Series Install Guides.

To setup the MX700 with your CUCM follow the Administering EndpointsRunning TC7.2 on UCM 10.5.1.

Also to add on Patrick's answer, you may require additional license for your CUCM which is the "Telepresence Room License" in order for you to register and provision your MX 700 video endpoint.
