NO DNS CONFIG ERROR ON MY VCSE

Running VCSc and VCSe  on X8.5.1

Keep getting DNS failed resolution in my search history when calling loopback@cisco.com  ... I confirmed loopback@cisco.com is working via a CMCL workstation.

the network log on the vcse states there is no DNS configured ???

On the VCSe I confirmed two known good DNS servers ??  

When I go to DNS lookup on the VCSe and perform a look up nothing returns?? 

I have also restarted the VCSe ...  

Is there an ssh command line to make sure DNS service is running on the VCSe ???

Anything else to check ??

Hi,

From VCSe, are the DNS reachable by ping?

Under System > DNS have you tried to Flush DNS cache? 

After flushing DNS cache, try again DNS lookup to cisco.com.
