Process to Upgrade Firmware on DX80 registered via Expressway MRA

What is the process to upgrade a DX80 registered via MRA - it exists in CUCM, however, upgrading the usual way by entering the new Phone Load name does not work.  Unit does not proceed with the upgrade.

Currently, upgrading firmware though MRA is not supported.
