PROFILE 65 DUAL and MCU presentation sharing

Hi,

We have a profile 65 dual and MCU with content sharing enabled. When a point to point call is made between Profile 65 dual and other endpoint and presentation is shared from other endpoint, the presenation is visible in the presentation unit screen.

When we make a conference call and the conference is hosted in the mcu, the presentation is not visible in the presentation unit of profile 65 dual. It is visible in the main display of the profile 65 dual.

in the MCU i could see a seperate content channel with the presention.

is there any way to display the presentation in a conference call in the presentaiton unit of profile 65 dual. Please not the presentation shared from another endpoint

i would suggest open a TAC case so that we can look deeper in the issue main need to capturefew call logs.

Hi Ravi,

When we configure the conductor in policy server mode and use the endpoints as H323 we are able to see the presentation in the presentation unit during the conference call. Since we enabled H323 in MCU its working fine.

When we configure the conductor in b2bua mode and use the endpoints as H323 we are not able  to see the presentation in the presentation unit during the conference call.  in b2bua mode as part of the configuration guide we need to disable h323 in the MCU. SIP endpoints receive content from the MCU in the normal video channel (rather than in a separate channel)

is there any way to solve this.

Hi,

We disabled the encyption in the mcu neighbor zone in vcs. After this we  are able to see the presentation in the presenation unit.
