Re:Profile 65 mute by himself

Hi!

I have a costumer that has a Profile 65, yesterday he call me and told that the system was muted and unmuted by himself, he needed to desconnect the touch to do the conference. The system did this until restart, after the restart the system works normally, and until now it is works normally.

I'm afraid that the system do this again, when a check the logs I find this:

Hi Mel,

Do you have any other details like

does it happens when user is trying to do anything else on touch pad , i.e. volume increase or phone book access or lay out change, any such task and does he finds the MIC mute going on and off.

if so pleas try another touch pad on profile if possible,

if that resolves the issue move forward with a factory reset on the touch pad by touch and hold excalmation mark on the touch volume bar bottom side and once it lit up touch the mute button twice.

Hi Ravi,

The problem happened again

I did the factory reset and the system worked for a while, but the costumer said that the "mute/unmute" come back.

I opened a TAC and the engineer said that it souds like a bug,

The bug CSCtr13161 is similar.

Hi Melqui,

As this bug seems to be related to C90 codec registered to CUCM, tell me something, do you have a VCS integrated with CUCM? If yes, can you try to register your endpoint to VCS?

I have never seen Tandberg endpoints registered to VCS having issues like that.

In addition, I suggest you to upgrade to the latest software version.
