Pros and Cons of CUCM vs TMS Provisioning with Telepresence (SX series) endpoints

We are planning migration of our endpoints from VCS to CUCM for call control, as part of that project we were mulling what if any feature differences/capabilities between keeping our endpoints provisioned/managed by TMS vs CUCM?

Is there anything CUCM can't do in regards to provisioning of SX series endpoints that TMS can?

thanks!

The list of differences may be a bit complex for this forum, but a few that always seem to come up are that CUCM is SIP only. So if the environment requires H323, VCS is needed. Another is for externally registered devices. Endpoints registered to an Internet facing VCS can still be managed by TMS, including scheduling and TMS based phone books. MRA registered devices are not supported within TMS.

thanks!
