We have an SX20 that is currently in DHCP mode and the admin credentials seem to have been lost as it isnt following our standard.
We want it set to Static and to change some other options. Is there anyway to reset it without losing all the settings as I'm unsure of general settings like mic inputs, video settings, etc.

There is no password reset option, your only solution is to do a factory reset, take a look at Factory Reset SX20 Codec on how to do it via the power button.
Regardless of the forgotten password, you can change from DHCP to static using the remote control. You could might be able to change it if you're using a touch panel as well, but depends on the software version your running, earlier versions of software didn't require you to enter the admin username/password when accessing the advanced settings.

Ok. Ill have to follow up as it does indeed work fine on DHCP. We're just puzzled who initially set it to DHCP as we use a few standard credentials combinations and none are working for this unit.

If it's been set up non-standard, they may not have changed the password from the default - you can try the default passwords on it. Try leaving the password blank, or try TANDBERG (in capitals).
