i have sip call from sx80 end point 

TP end point register to VCSc version x6.1 and routed through CUCM 11.1 and again routed through Acano 1.9 

we are seeing call is not connected and logs show request timeout 408 in VCSC & CUCM , and bye message

Request Timeout means that the server sent a request message to the far end, and the server did not receive a response message within the time count for those types of requests. In other words, network issues.
