Room Kit Plus with CE9.5. How to get to 9.14?

I have a Room Kit Plus with CE9.5 software and I want to upgrade to the latest software but all the intermediate software is deferred. How can I upgrade?

Chat with Cisco support and they give email you the link to download deferred versions. Typically you can have it within 2 hours.

I got lucky and already had CE 9.8, 9.10 download but 9.5---9.10---9.14 worked for me.

but like others have said, get with TAC.
