SX 20 CAMERA Movement Issue

HI,

We setup a new SX -20. Everything works fine except camera movement. when I move camera position with use of remote , The movement of camera is proper if i do it from  in front of camera. but if i slightly  move away from camera and check ,then the movement of camera is very slow.

Can anyone guide what is the issue.?

How is the small switch in the back of the remote set?  If it's set to Low, turn it up to High. 

Another thing that affects lots of remotes these days is cheap LED lighting which can throw out lots of IR in to a room, effectively blocking lots of IR signals. Try with the lights turned off, or with different light bulbs to see if that's an issue.

I have the same problem, with SX20 camera, with "TC7.3.2.14ad7cc" version.

The camera have a slow movement.
