Hello we have a CUCM cluster 10.5 that is running in insecure mode. All of our Cisco endpoints registered to CUCM when calling externally through the VCS control which connects to an VCS E in the cloud the calls are not encrypted. Our Polycom endpoints registered to the VCS control connected to the VCS E in the cloud the calls externally are encrypted. Calls between the Polycom and SX endpoints are encrypted. Is it the fact the the cluster is running in insecure mode why the external calls from the SX endpoints are not encrypted?

Hi Dann,
You need to get your CUCM in mixed mode and then register Cisco endpoints with secure profiles.
Thanks,
