Hi everyone,

I have a problem with registration between expressway e and sx20 telepresence. We moved our sx20 to different network. We want that sx20 register to expressway e via internet. However, I received registration error from expressway e as unknown domain.

If you want to get some inf. from me about expressway E, I did all mra conf. on expressway E and now all company use vpnless jabber without problem.

Any thoughts?

Regards

hi,

how did you configure URI setting at moved sx20? maybe there is mistake

yes I get same results when I want to register. Do you recommend which I configured wrongly URI of SX20?

Take a look at Ruslan's post here, might be the same issue or something similar.

in my case URI was ok. see Patrick's post below with link to my similar discussion, maybe there you can find solution too

hi,

I encountered such problem like you too. I have Jabber for Windows and for Android succesfully connecting through internet but not SX20.

I tried use this document - http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/endpoint/codec-c-series/tc7/administration-guide/administering-endpoints-running-tc72-on-ucm1051.pdf for configuring SX20 but it didn't work, you can look at p. 48. I can't see any log events after I've configured by this document. when I try configure SIP username in username@domain.com format I can see following error in the log:

2015-04-10T17:30:04+03:00tvcs: Event="Registration Rejected" Reason="Unknown domain" Service="SIP" Src-ip="213.108.78.215" Src-port="48150" Protocol="TCP" AOR="sip:domain.com" Contact="<sip:8420@192.168.1.202:5061;transport\=tls>;+sip.instance\="<urn:uuid:743ed821-81dd-56fe-96e6-a9b66e505871>"" Duration="3600" Level="1" UTCTime="2015-04-10 14:30:04,698"
2015-04-10T17:30:04+03:00tvcs: Event="Registration Requested" Service="SIP" Src-ip="213.108.78.215" Src-port="48150" Protocol="TCP" AOR="sip:domain.com" Contact="<sip:8420@192.168.1.202:5061;transport\=tls>;+sip.instance\="<urn:uuid:743ed821-81dd-56fe-96e6-a9b66e505871>"" Duration="3600" Level="1" UTCTime="2015-04-10 14:30:04,698"

have you get the same events in the log?
