Tandberg Profile 42 - reset failing

Hi, I was trying to factory reset a Tandberg Profile 42 running TC6, (from web interface) The system shut down and tried to coplete the factory reset, but never got past the Black background with a white Cisco Logo in the middle - it has been like this for 48 hours now and i dont know what to do in order to wake up this system again.

Anyone tried something simular or anyone that knows what i could do ?

Factory Default the system via the CLI.

Connect to the codec via the Serial Port with the following settings:

Data bits: 8

Parity: None

Stop bits: 1

Flow control: None.

Then enter the following command:

xCommand SystemUnit FactoryReset Confirm: Yes

You will then see the following:

FactoryResetConfirmResult (status=OK):

The codec will then automatically reboot.
