Have a customer that is running TMS 13.1
They unfortunately are not using standard email platform and it uses port 995 instead of 25.
Is there a way to change TMS to use a different port?

Have they tried going to Administrative Tools > Configuration > E-mail Settings in TMS and then setting the SMTP Server to
The help text sugggests this should work:
SMTP Server
The IP-address or hostname of your SMTP (Mail) server.
The default port is 25, but this can be changed by adding :

I should also add, that when/if they start using TMS-PE in the future with newer versions of TMS, there is are seperate setting for the SMTP server and SMTP port that this uses, under Administrative Tools > Configuration > Provisioning Extension Settings
