TMS Manual Connect Not Work

Hi,

I set the 2 x TP endpoints to TMS as under management and it was working on OBTP / Auto connect.

But it was failed on the Manual Connect. Any idea? I can see the manual connect's scheduled conference on the TP endpoint's touch plane. Once I pressed it, it was none happen. Why?

Are you trying to connect/start the conference from the Video Conference Master that is configured in the conference within TMS?

Description of Manual Connect:

At the specified time and date, the system listed as the Video Conference Master will be prompted to begin the call. The call will connect automatically when the Video Conference Master initiates the call.

Yes, the TP endpoint prompted the scheduled conference (Video Conference Master initiates the call) and we pressed the call already.
