Hi everyone,
Can you use {first_name} and {last_name} in the account information email template for TMS-PE?
By default it uses {displayname}, but for us in an email it looks backward as we use "LastName, FirstName" for our display name and subsequently want to use FirstName LastName. It seems the template doesn't like that as it literally sense {firstname} {lastname} in the email instead of the actual names.
Cheers,
Mark

Hi Mark
No you cannot use these placeholders for the e.mail template unfortunately {first_name} {last_name}. Since these placeholders are not resolved into actual names you will see {first_name} {last_name} in the e-mail.
I recommend you to get in touch with your cisco account manager and raise a feature request on this.
