TMS reporting template : Remote site

Hello,

In our VC enviornment, we have around 10 edge 95 MXP endpoints and 20 E20 endpoints and TMS. We don't have VCS control. Currently we are calling the device by ip address. We recently deployed the TMS application and management wants to use the reporting feature . Currently on the reporting template the source address will show by system name. But the destination/ remote site is showing by ip address. Which is a technical jargon for the management people. We need system name in the remote address column. Is it possible to modify this reporting field/ characteristics.

Hi, well these fields cant be changed. But you should see systemname and if the call is outgoing or incoming so you should see one system with the outgoing and the destination address of the called and one with the incoming and the remote address (ip). So if you want to identify these by name h323 id then i recommend you aquire a vcs. The reporting does not show the local and remote system name but does this rather in 2 separate records. Incoming and outgoing. Assuming both systems are in tms...
