Touch Panel CS-T10-TS unable connect to Codec

Hello Buddies,

 

I have a VC Cisco Room Kit Plus included these items: Touch Panel CS-T10-TS and Codec CS-CODEC-PLUS. I connected the touch panel directly to codec but on touch panel shown the issue "Could not connect to target system. Wrong target system or turned off? ". 

 

I already tried some troubleshooting:

 

    - Change another touch panel -> not work

    - Change another UTP cable -> not work

    - Upgrade codec firmware version CE9.14.3 to -> CE9.15.0.11 - > not work

    - Connect touch panel to network and point to Codec IP address -> not work

 

Can anyone familiar with same issue and give me the advise ? Thank you.
